I played a pivotal role in founding the company & served as Post-Production Manager for a top-tier Audiobook firm for a decade. In this position, I oversaw management of the internal team, created and instituted workflows, built an internal wiki to help team members navigate the complex guidelines, hired & trained staff and contractors, mastered all audio, and basically anything else that was needed.

Beyond Management:

Though this role was largely a management position, The company started with just two of us who handled everything from Editing to QC to Sounds Design. I worked in just about every audio role in the company before we built it to be one of the largest audiobook/podcast post production studios in the nation.

I have managed over 4,000 titles, mostly commissioned by Audible Inc. and our team was their go-to studio for “A-list” celebrity & author-read projects.

I parted ways with Reel Audiobooks on good terms in May 2022 after training four people to take over for me. I still work with them on a limited basis and partner with them on certain projects.
